Nasm v2.08rc10

Porter Notes
I've successfully ported the Netwide Assembler for Mongo, but remember that it's a x86 Assembler, then it will not compile ARM Assembly, but it's a very nice goal. ;)

PS: I'm uploading the file to a hosting company until Kristoffer gives permition for the Applications Porters usergroup to upload content to the repository.
