I recently picked up 8(!) good seemingly working hp 620lxs, and have been trying with no luck to get jlime on them. I've had several of the issues listed before, from hda interrupts to bad partitioning to cold locking up during ce jlime installer run. So I have a few questions:

1. What's the status with 620s? Has anyone had any 620 luck, and if so, which zimage, shlo, partition, etc are you using?

2. Who is in charge of the 620 . 6xx development? I was thinking it wouldn't hurt to donate one to the cause.

The Linux kernel for 620lx/660lx users still has the "lost interrupt" bug, but we have a patched kernel which uses polling. It does not fix the bug but avoids that one

So, yes. There are some users with jlime in their jornadas 620lx/660lx. You should use:

Kristoffer is the developer for that kernel, and B_Lizzard works on the Icewm userland.

rafa, thanks a bunch! I finally got it on. I've never used linux, so I had to go burn a gparted livecd and stumble through linux there, but I made it!
Just trying to get icewm working now.

I have jlime on my MP900 now i want to get it working on my 620lx

I have gotten it all to boot into the shell but i get a HDA inturupt problem

any ideas?
